Materials:
1/3 yd fabric for Center Embroidery
½ yd fabric for Texture
1 yd fabric for outer pieces for embroidery & back of pillow
1 pkg Texture Magic (by Superior Threads)
1 yd of ¼” cording for piping
1 ½” strips for piping – 4 at 12”long
¾ yd of batting
1 yd muslin for backs
3. Make 4 pieces of piping
about 11” long with Piping
foot.

7. Shrink as directed on
package by steaming the
texture magic.
5. Cut a piece of Texture Magic and a piece of fabric 15” X 15”ea.
6. Place Texture Magic on wrong side of fabric and sew grid 1” apart on bias.
4. Add two pieces of
piping on either side of
the center piece made in
step 2
8. Once shrunk, cut 2
pieces of the shrunken
piece 10” X 4” and sew
these two pieces to the
center piece.
9. Add one piece of piping
to each side

This wonderful product is sewn onto a piece of fabric that is cut approximately one third larger than the desired finished size. Texture Magic is sewn onto the back of the fabric in any way that you wish. More
10. Cut two pieces of fabric,
batting and muslin 11” X 7”
for the ends of the pillow.
11. If you are embroidering
them, you may have to
cut them larger to fit in
your hoop.
12. Decorate these
pieces as desired. (If
you don’t have an
embroidery machine, you
could couch yarns down
or sew decorative
stitches.)
13 Cut down to 6” X 10”
when finished with
embroidery or decorative
stitch.
14 Sew the two pieces that
are decorated as desired to
the two ends.
15. This is the front of your
pillow.
